These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Durwankur Mobile Training Center website and mobile services, including purchase of spare parts and accessories, enrollment in training courses, and booking of device repair services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must register with accurate information to place orders, enroll in courses, or book repairs. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, stock, and product information. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Course Enrollment

Course seats are reserved on successful payment. Batch schedules, trainers, and locations are subject to change; we will notify enrolled students of any changes as early as possible.

Repair Services

Repair quotes are estimates based on the reported issue and are subject to revision after physical diagnosis. Final pricing will always be confirmed with you before repair work begins.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. Cash on Delivery is available only on products an admin has explicitly marked as COD-eligible.

Limitation of Liability

Durwankur Mobile Training Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, courses, or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
