Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for products, courses, and repair services.

Spare Parts & Accessories

• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped.
• Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, unless the item is marked non-returnable on its product page.
• Refunds: Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) are made via bank transfer or UPI.
• Damaged/Wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Training Courses

• Cancellation before batch start: Full refund, minus any payment gateway charges, if cancelled at least 3 days before the batch start date.
• Cancellation after batch start: Refunds are evaluated case by case, considering sessions already attended.
• Batch cancelled by us: Full refund or free transfer to another batch, your choice.

Repair Services

Diagnosis is free. If you choose not to proceed with a repair after diagnosis, no repair charge applies. Once you approve and pay for a repair, refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the agreed repair.

Contact us via the Contact Us page or call us directly with your order/enrollment number. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
